After an inspection from the CFO we were compelled  to undertake a huge berm upgrade .The cost was over $100,000.00 After this expense it has become necessary to raise our membership fee. Therefore the new rates are $75.00 for a single per 1 year membership and $100.00 for a family membership.  Thank you
